3. How can I have a sample to check your quality?

After our price confirmation, you can require for samples to check quality. No printing samples is free of charge to check the material quality as long as you afford the freight cost.

Printing samples will require $30-$200 to cover the printing & mould making cost. This cost will be refund when order placed.

4. What kind of artwork format you need for printing?

AI, PDF, PS, CDR files or photo designs at least 300dpi resolution.

5. How long can we have the samples?

After layout confirmed and sampling payment received, the samples will be ready in 3-7 days. Sending by express 3-5 days.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on the complexity of your project. Generally 10-30 days.

7. What is the payment term of the order?

It can be by T/T, L/C or alibaba trade assurance.

8. What is your terms of delivery?
